My FIrst Post-grasping for a life-raft!

So here's the scoop-like every pregnant woman, I am searching for the answer that my labor is near-here's what I've got going on:

1st Preg. 38 weeks, estimated weight of bb-at 37 weeks: 7.5 lbs, multiple bm's each day in the past few days, bloody show last Thursday, BH that sometimes can be timed, with severity wrapping around to back and down legs that stops, slight weight loss, nesting like crazy, back pain, exhaustion after nesting routine...

I just wish there was a magical answer that would say "Yes, you will be in labor in xxx days!"

    Couldn't agree more! The anticipation is killing me. I'm not very good with surprises.

    I'm the opposite I think. I am just over 37 weeks and I feel like I can wait another 5 months if I have to. I know baby will be here in the next 3-5 weeks and that is fine with me. The longer the better, I am just not quite ready and maybe still a bit in

    I'm not much of a post-to-board person, actually been too busy with grad classes, teaching etc to start all of that. I've enjoyed reading and relating to others quietly from behind my computer, but now I'm done teaching, and losing my mind! Haha. So, s

    Hi and welcome! We have the same due date, although you have way more labor signs than I do.

    The not knowing when is killing me too; I don't think I'm too bad of a control freak, but the idea that it could happen ANYTIME and when I least expect

    I'm done for now. I actually be back in June, only taking 12 weeks of FMLA. But there is always the summer! :)
