Dinner Together?

I've seen a lot of comments about feeding LO's "the same thing that we have for dinner", am I'm curious for those that are doing this, what is your schedule like?

For us LO is eating dinner around 5, but we usually don't eat til around 6.  I'd love to sit down and eat as a family, but our schedules just aren't synched up yet.  TIA!

    I try and get dinner out by 5 but that's because we are crazy busy. Mon, Tues, and Wednesday we have some sort of activity that we have to be out the door for by 5:30. I feel like I'm always in a mad rush. We've eaten later before with no problem.

    Yep, we always eat together. We just feed her when we eat (she eats what we eat). There's not set time or anything.. just go with the flow. After dinner she gets her bath, lotion, jammies, BM and bed.

    We all eat together at 6/6:15. DS eats what we eat and has been since around 7.5 months.

    I nurse him around 5/5:30.

    I nurse DS around 5pm, when he'll have it [which is a whole other story] and we eat at 6pm. Then bath with me or shower with DH, then lotion, pyjamas, nurse, when he'll have it, then bed.

    Since I never know when DH will be home at the end of the day stupid military haha we always plan to have dinner at 5:00 pm. If you aren't home at that time then you dont eat with the family.
