  I started putting DS2 down to bed b/t 6:30-7 about 2 weeks ago. It has changed everything. He sleeps until 4:30ish, only gets up the one time to eat and then sleeps until 7-7:30am. I started because his witching hour is 5pm-7pm and he was just so tired

  I found that the schedule found itself. He goes to bed between 6:30-7:30pm. I'd like to cut that down to 7:00pm but I have a commute and with traffic sometimes I can't get him into bed before 7:30pm. Anyway... He wakes up when we wake up at 5am. He's s
