30 Day Shred

I have decided on the 30 Day Shred for my weight loss plan and it is only 8 bucks online (full price at Walmart!)  so I thought I'd tell you about it. My cousin and a good friend both swear by it and it's waaaay cheaper and easier than going to the gym. Plus Jillian is awesome. I am going to start in a couple of weeks...let's hope it works!

    I just got this for my pp weight loss. I have heard great things about 30 day shred. Some things might be challenging as my lower abs are separated but I figure going at my own pace is better than sitting on my rear all day.

    Today is day 4 for me on the 30 day shred. Its a tough workout and great because its so short! I am already noticing a difference in my endurance.
