I do strollerfit 3-4 times a week, run on the treadmill at the gym1-2 times a week and do one long outdoor run on the weekends with a running friend. Once I have this baby I will go back to doing yoga (I do hot yoga and my OB will not let me do it while I am pregnant).

Before getting pregnant, spin class 5-6 times a week, also trained with a trainer for a while, couple of yoga and/or pilate classes a week, every now and then do a hot yoga.
Now that I am pregnant, two 15 minutes walking the dog everyday, spin class 2 or 3 3 times a week, depending on my energy level.
Right now it's just walks at the park and weights at home. Next month I'm starting an hour morning class 5 days a week with weights and cardio. Kind of like a boot camp.
I'm intimitated by spin class. The room they had spin class in at the gym I used to go to was always dark and there was lots of yelling. Sounded like torture to me.

If you like doing classes, give spinning a try, you are in control of the knob and resistance so you can slowly work yourself upto it. I had to drag DH into it at the begining, because he was intimidated by it, too. But he is now loving it. You burn a lot of calories if you are clorie counting.
I've been doing a boot camp called Camp Gladiator since October, and I plan to continue as I feel up to it. My average is 2-3x per week. I'll dial it back when I need to.
