I voted once a day, because we do usually let him have one sweet treat a day. Sometimes it's a fruit snack, sometimes it's a chocolate munchkin, sometimes it's a little ice cream for dessert. It's a trap we fell in just trying to get him to eat s
O really only gets cookies and cake for holidays and birthdays as well.
That boy loves him some Annie's fruit snacks though. I try to limit it to one package like every 2 or 3 days but when he is with his grandma's they let him eat

I voted SS, but I wanted once a week. Every Sunday nIght my MIL makes dinner for the whole family. This includes desert so she does get a sweet then. She also gets a small cookie from my dad if we eat dinner there ( only if she eats well) From DH
I choose several/week but it's really more like once/week. His DC has Cookie Friday which really was for the parents, but just evolved to the kids too (naturally!). He and I usually split a chocolate chip cookie and they are awesome! He
