Please forgive my stupid question...
I know DHA is important for developing babies and that many women take a prenatal DHA supplement.
I have not been taking a DHA-specifc supplement because I was already religiously taking fish oil pills long before I became pregnant and my doctor said I could continue taking them.
I'm assuming the supplements have mercury in them but thinking the amount is probably negligible... Does anyone know? If the amount of mercury is 'more than negligible' should I be counting that as a weekly or monthly 'fish' serving?
Re: Mercury in Fish Oil Supplements?
my SO discussed this in length with the OB when we went to our first appointment.
It may start out there, but by the time the process is completed, its so far removed there's none left/negligible
