Rent income based housing in good neighborhoods in Atlanta

Hi My name is Centerica. I have 2 beautiful kids. I plan on moving to Atlanta sometime later this year, but need a rent income based apartment. If you know of any GOOD neighborhoods (and I stress the word GOOD, because of my 2 kids) in the Decataur/East side of Atlanta area please let me know. I really would appreciate any suggesstions or comments.

You might want to see if you can find info from the Decatur Housing Authority or the Dekalb Housing Authority as well as the Atlanta Housing Authority. Good luck!
