Sad update on my cousin

Her pregnancy was confirmed by her doctor. They figured she was about 4 weeks 5 days at her appointment. She does have a cyst and a blood clot, but her doctor believes they will go away on their own.
However, she texted me at 1:00am last night and said she was miscarrying. : She has been really strong about her most recent MC's, but she is having a really hard time with this one.
TP are greatly appreciated.

Any chance the bleeding could be from the clot and not a MC?
