It's been awhile since we had a check in! I finally got back on track. I am walking 4 or 5 miles a day now and it makes me feel great! Just to be outside is therapeutic. I listen to books on tape and I wasn't sure I'd like it but I do! It keeps me going so I can find out what's going to happen! I am using the app run keeper and my fitness pal. They are both helping me so so much! I'm down 39 pounds with 11 to go until pre pregnancy weight! But I want to lose an additional 15 or 20 so still a ways to go. How everyone doing?
