My DD has a really hard time going. When she does go its in her pull up at nap or early am and she refuses tto ppo in the potty. Not to be gross but its hard and big to. I feel like part of this is that she needs more fiber in her diet. Do you have any other tricks, foods, or drinks you give to help your LO go to the bathroom. She usually goes every 3 days but this last time she went 4 days without pooping! Thanks!

Miralax. I would just mix some in with his water. He was regressing with the poop part of potty training and was having accidents every other day (not going poop at all the day in between) . I asked the pedi and he said some
