    Not really, he knows enough...he can do almost anything. His friend Larry, who has helped us on all our current house remodel projects and this new house stuff too, was before he retired. His company built most of the houses in Las Vegas back 40 year

    Very cool!  I have to find someone in time for the inspection.  Of course that wont happen until the bank approves the sale, though.
