When you make salad for dinner or as part of dinner, do your kids eat it?
I'm asking bc a lot of you have salads on your meal plans.
Jack will eat salad but Liam won't. He picks out what he likes which are usually cucumbers and carrots.
Or sometimes I just make salads for DH and I but make peas and carrots for the kids because it takes one minute and they love peas and carrots.

I give him a little bit of dressing for him to dip his toppings in, and I serve
Julia didn't really have enough teeth to chew up lettuce or uncooked carrots until just about a month ago, so usually she would turn up her nose at the lettuce leaves though she goes for all the other stuff like tomatoes, olives, beets, cucumbers, pepp

I do what you do, I make salads for DH and I and I make a quick side of peas and carrots for DD, becaus
Usually they consist of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black beans, shredded cheese, hard boiled egg, carrots, and whatever else is in the fridge.
P will eat hardboiled egg, cucumber, a string cheese, black bean
DS just started eating salad stuff. I give him tomatoes often enough, and when I ordered a salad with my dinner, he also ate my cucumbers and croutons. I don't give him lettuce because he can't chew it and I don't want him to choke.
