How high is/was your uterus at 16/17 weeks?

Hi Ladies,

I am about 16 weeks along. At 14 weeks, the OB could feel my uterus just under my navel and my uterus was still really retroverted. At 15 weeks, I popped out and up. I am 5 foot 4 inches with long legs for my height. 

I think I feel my uterus an inch or two above my navel and this morning I got the baby's heart beat right next to my navel, which means the fundus must be above my navel. Any other ladies out there whose uterus popped above their navel this early on? I wonder if this is quite typical for women with a petite torso...

    I think average is 20 weeks to be at your navel, but since you have a shorter torso, sounds like its fine for you. Maybe the little one is stretching out. :.

    Thanks! Yay...I wasn't expecting to show this much this soon. I'm definitely fine with it, but just a bit surprised.
