Afternoon Mommy and Me classes?

Hi everyone-

 I'm looking for any type of Mommy and Me class - yoga, music, swim- doesn't matter - that meets after 2:30pm on any weekday.  I'd be eternally grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

    Where are you located at? I am on OldTownMoms Yahoo group and post on DCUrbanMoms.com occasionally. Both have decent responses to questions like yours. I am a working mom, so I have no idea if there are any playgroups then. GL!

    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
