Mother's can be a mother...

My mom is incredibly critical (border line stage mom) and since I've become pregnant she cooonstantly criticizes my weight and says i'm showing too much too soon. She is taller than me by about 6 inches and weighed the same as I didwhen she got pregnant with me. I'm very petite so needless to say she was a toothpick. I don't know how to tell her to back the hell off and accept that i'm not her! Uggggh sorry ladies. Just needed to rant.

    I would tell her to back the hell off. She has no right to do that. Also, maybe if you're able to set her straight now, she'll get the memo not to criticize your parenting choices.... Which it seems like she may be one to do.

    Oh she's already started. I worry too much about silly stuff... which I do, but it is my God given right as a FTM. I'm just hoping this convo will correct things a little
