When to start OPK?

On what CD do y'all normally start testing with OPKs? I tested this afternoon (I wake up late, like 1pm.) with SMU and I planned to test twice a day until O. Should I start the 2x a day testing now (on CD8) or just do one a day and start up with two later in the cycle? Any advice is much appreciated!

    Before I had DD I would start on CD10-11. This is my first cycle off of BCP and my first non-BCP cycle since before having DD so I started on CD8. I always test twice a day from when I start until O.

    BFP #1 6-8-11 EDD 2-19-12. DD born 2-3-12 via induction due to pre-e.
    BFP #2 9-7-13 EDD 5-22-14. It's a GIRL! DD#2 is on her way.

    I started around CD10, but I'm learning that's way early for me. I ovulate later than most. However, whenever you start, I'd do twice a day until you confirm ovulation. I aim for SMU and sometime between 3p-6p. GL! :)

    CD 10 here too, but as I understand it there are instructions in most nonwondfo OPKs with a chart that tells you when to start testing based on average cycle length.

    I usually start testing on cd 11 because I normally O around cd 13-15.

    I usually ovulate around CD 14 (for normal cycles -- disregard miscarriage cycle) give or take a day or two .... so I usually start peeing on an OPK two times a day around CD 10.
