Baby won't sleep

A is three weeks. For the last two days, she has been extremely fussy and won't sleep. This isn't just at night. The most sleep she's gotten today has been thirty minutes. We have been feeding on demand or every three hours. We've tried gas drops today but so far they haven't helped with the gas she's having . I have monitored my food today and made bland choices as I breastfeed and supplement with formula. Any clue as to what we can do? She doesn't have a fever and is having many wet diapers. I put a call into her pedi but am waiting for a call back. Nurse thinks that it is a growth spurt, but I feel like she would be eating more if that was the case.

    Also as much as the no sleep sucks for me, I'm mostly concerned about A. I just feel like a bad mom because I can't help her get the rest she needs.
