I am really craving an Italian sub. But I hate heating up cold cuts....I know there's always the chance of listeria but I want a cold sub... How many of you eat cold cuts without heating it up?

I've heated up meats like that a total of like, three times both pregnancies. I really believe the odds of getting listeria from a reputable source are slim to none.

This is a dumb rule as long as you go to a clean place that follows food safety rules. Most drs will agree with this. Please just eat it if you want. Or don't. It's not a big deal
