I'm at a crossroad bc I can't keep on a schedule with pumping bc of the demands if my job but im not ready to eff. I'm wondering if my supply will adjust if I nurse/ pump while at home but not during the work day. Or will my supply just go completely if I do that? My supply is way down anyway. Right now my ds gets two bm bottles and two formula bottles while at daycare. Morning and night is bm.
