This week's challenge: Cook/Bake your favorite food. I'm not talking about making dinner. I'm talking about cooking or baking something you don't normally make, but that you love. Cookies? Home made apple butter? Your mom's banna bread?

I took a nap on Saturday and Sunday. It was good until I heard "mommy, mommy, mommy."
I think I may want to bake a coffee cake but I would have to be in the mood. I want to make sweet and sour meatballs but I don't have the ingredients.

No nap per sey - I rested my eyes while DD sat and bounced on my head, lol.
I did do a lot of baking and cooking this past weekend - but not really for me. I am hoping for a kitchen to myself to make some Pad Thai at some point in the near future

I love to bake, especially for others! I will try to make some apple cinnamon muffins today - OH - homemade bagels for the weekend too
I got a nap on Sunday for about 45 mins! It was awesome! Very needed.
I will try to do something- I love red velvet cake and have an awesome recipe, but it is kinda consuming. Oh, well. I love it, so worth the trouble
My parents have been in town visiting, which meant that I did get a nap. And to sleep in a couple of times. Crazy!
I love baking, I can't wait to do this week's challenge.
