Staying awake!

How are you all staying awake? I'm seriously so tired, and it is only 11:30am here. I got a solid night of sleep - went to bed around 10pm and woke up at 7am. Not sure I woke up during the night at all, and if I did, I fell back asleep right away.

Is there anything I can do, since coffee is out of the question? I honestly have been so unproductive at work for the last week b/c I'm so tired, I can't focus on work. I sit here in a daze.

I can't make it past 7:30-8:00pm and I'm up for work at 4:30am Monday- Friday. The work days definitely drag by much worse than usual. I'm completely exhausted for 80% of my days no matter what I do. I'm looking forward to 2nd Tri when it supposedly le

  • I still have one cup of coffee on weekday mornings...I would probably fall asleep at the wheel on my way to work if I didn't. Just kidding. But not really. I'm very, very tired every minute of the day.

Anyway, that's not helpful but at least

  • I totally feel you!  I work with children with special needs and I never realized how much my caffeine helped me stay on top of things.  By mid morning I want to hide under my desk and sleep!  Hopefully only 6 and a half more weeks of this!
  • I think a good diet is your best bet! Apples are a great source of B vitamins and proteins like beans, nuts, salmon also help to boost energy! Also healthy carbs such as fruits and veggies and oatmeal can help put some life back in your day! If your a coc
