BF- medication for sinus pressure

I have left a message for my lc, but she won't be in for about 2 more hours.  I was wondering if anyone knew what you can take for sinus pressure?  Also, are antibiotics generally ok while ebf?  I think this may have turned into a sinus infection.

    There's an article on kellymom about what you can take for a cold or allergies. Sinus meds are on there. There should be safe antibiotics to take while BF'ing, but I've never looked into it.
