Difficult Feeding

DS used to be such a great eater! He used to have a plate of food with us at every meal and a morning and afternoon snack. As of lately, he's refusing to even try a bite of any of the foods we put down! He throws a fit, pushes the plate away, screams if it's still in his line of sights... And asks for "snack" foods like cereal, fruit pouches, and frozen blueberries.

Now don't get me wrong, I'd rather him ask for these than cookies, but I want him to eat or at least try meals. Anyone else going through this???

  • Yes, but for us it's nothing new. DD has been an awful eater since day 1. That's what made her NICU stay longer than it had to be, actually. Having a kid that doesn't want to eat is really difficult. Some days I honestly ask myself how in the world she

    It doesn't make it less difficult, though. I think some kids are just picky eaters by nature, others very adventurous with their palate and others fluctuate between the two. My kid
