I am considering taking Bradley classes this pregnancy to help me prepare for a med free birth. The problem is DS. The classes are on Saturdays and it would be difficult to find someone to watch him. My family lives two hours away and I could probably get my mom to do it but 12 weeks is asking a lot. Is it worth it? Did anyone here have positive experiences with it and think it is a must do?

I think it's a great program, but it's definitely targeted toward first time parents or people with very, very generous free childcare. It's a lot of hours.

I know some women who took Bradley and loved it. So I think it is a good class, but you are right very time consuming.
Have you looked into Hypnobirthing? It's 4-5 classes instead of 12. Or there's Hypnobabies, it's a home-study
