I have made the mistake of getting lazy and feeding my 15-month-old a lot of the same easy foods for a few months (avocado sandwiches, gerber meat links, frozen peas, carrots and corn and a broad array of fruit plus a variety of dairy). This has made her overly hesitant to try new foods, especially cooked foods from recipes. Any advice? If I put it on her tray and she pushes it away what do I do? TIA!

at every single meal you offer your child, put things that are new to her on her tray. if she pushes it away, try again the next meal. it might take weeks of exposure but eventually she will try. if she just plays with whatever you give, take that as a
