How long would you give it?

We switched DS to the AR formula last Wednesday for spitting up. The dr told us to give it a week for him to adjust to see if it helps any. It's not been a week but it's not any better and possibly worse. I'm also concerned because the formula is thickened up that I worry about him choking. He strains more for bowel movements and has been fussier... although he is almost 4 weeks so it could be growth. And there was a bit of blood in his diaper this weekend. I know from my first that this can be normal but still!!
I think it's time to try something new, no? Gonna call the office I think.

    I hated the AR formula, I was told to try it with my first.  I gave up after a few days. And we did sensitive, and she did great.

    I would definitely switch. I switched three times in a week because i knew it wasnt working. Once we found one that worked we noticed a difference within two feedings. My LO has acid reflux and the Similac Sensitive Stomach formula works great. She is als
