  Put breastmilk on them. Also, are your pump parts the correct size?

  I'm EPing too and have had this problem the whole time.  They stopped cracking, bleeding after week two, but I'm at week four now and they're red, itchy, and ache.  Hopefully someone will recommend something that will help!

  I should correct myself and say that its not my actual nipple that is bleeding, its the skin directly beside it. I suppose it would be the part that rubs on the pump.

  I agree with pp suggestions and I had a problem with bleeding nipples and was applying lanolin religiously but was never healing finally someone told me to put breast milk on them and sleep without a bra on with a lose tshirt on this made all the differen
