STM stressed about childcare

I'm having a c-section Fri morning. I will be in the hospital fri-mon. DS#1 is 2, and has never slept at anyone's house. He goes to daycare 2 mornings a week. He will be going to daycare fri. Then he will be at either my parent's or my in-laws over the weekend. As long as everything is ok, DH is going to come home and put him to bed each night. I'm still so stressed about DS#1. He can't come to the hospital because of the flu restrictions, so I think mst of my anxiety is from knowing I won't see him for 3 whole days. I just made a schedule of who will have DS when, because all 4 of our parents still work, so it's tricky. Ahh can it be next Monday already, and I'd be coming home with my little guy.

  • Would it be possible to do a trial-run sleepover one night this week before you go in to the hospital on Friday? Just to see how things go and give your DS a tiny bit of practice? I understand that all of the grandparents work so it's maybe not possibl
