Trouble TTC

Update: First RE Appt

Well, my first RE appt friday went as good as it can go I guess! I talked with the doctor and she showed me a slideshow and went over my history with me. She said based on my records from my GYN and my charts, age, BMI, etc and DH's SA, that everything looked great and short of a blocked tube, we probably fall into "unexplained". Yayyyyy.
She did an ultrasound and that was probably the coolest thing ever. Ive never had one, so i got to see the ute, ovaries, follies, etc. Im pretty sore from the wand being shoved around in there is that normal?
My appointment fell right around O time, so as she was doing the u/s, she found a huuuuge follicle on my right side, measured it, and said "oh! well you are about to ovulate from your right side!" Needless to say, DH and I have been busy ;
The plan now is to come back in for an HSG and bw as soon as i hit CD1. She will do CD3 FSH and test my thyroid. My TSH levels were a little abnormal with bw previously done by my GYN, so she wants to retest it and possibly put me on thyroid meds any ladies here with thyroid issues? How has it affected you and are you on meds?

Thank you for your support and being welcoming. Its great to be able to share on here and i love your insight.
