My back is killing me

in 1st Trimester
My back has been achy for a while but right in the middle of my back is hurting SO badly.  OUCH.  Anyone else having back pain?

    Boobie and posture pain is what I like to call it.

    I rubbed icy-hot on it to take the pain away.  As long as you don't place directly on your stomach (obviously) it'll be fine.

    Seriously, by the end of the day I can barely manage to hobble to my car. . .that could also be because of the startlingly few big girl chairs around. . .those two foot tall plastic kiddie chairs are not comfy. . .
