Travel bed for tall baby?

Hi all
I have a question regarding a travel bed for DS who is fairly tall. At 9 months he is 29 inches and in the 88 percentile for height. Since he's been consistently tall at his well baby visits, I'm worried he will be too tall for his playard when we take our family vacation around his 1st birthday. Any other Momma's with tall babies that have traveled with them? What did you sleep them in? TIA!

    What type of play yard do you have? My son is just under 34 inches and can still lie in his Graco PNP with no issues, although it's getting tight. He never actually sleeps in it though so I can't tell you how comfy it would be for sleeping but he does def

    You child will slow down their growth as they get older. That said, DD1 and DD2 both slept for several months in our pack n play when they were 2 and 18 months. All my girls are in the 90% for height and weight. DD3 is 90% for height right now and take

    Thanks all. FTM worries I guess. :. We have an Eddie Bauer pnp. He's been growing so fast it's hard to believe it will slow down, but it makes sense that it will. And I will be looking into the Lotus travel crib too!
