this week 1.5; total lost 44 from induction date 14 from pre preg; goal 74 to go!

Current weight: 157.5 which is slightly less than pre pregnancy, because apparently I am a freak of nature
Goal weight: 140, but if I could get to 135 again I would be elat
Weight loss goal: 20lbs
Pounds lost this week: 2.4lbs (ETA: I should disclose this is an abnormally high weight loss for me. I'm pretty sure a lot of this is water weight. Nice kick off though )

I don?t have a scale at home, so I judge weight loss by my clothing. Some of my underwear feels looser. (It?s the little victories!)

I lost 5 pounds this week! I still have 20 to get back to pre pregnancy weight but then 10 more to where I want to be. I made it to the gym three this week and am using a calorie counting app. One of my favorite healthy recipes is creating smooth

Total lost: 30 since delivery. 8.2 since actively dieting at 6 w pp
Pounds lost this week: 0.2 Discouraging conside
Lost since delivery = 16 lbs

Cardio and strength training all 6 days. I have not lost any weight this week.
