Question for pumpers

I have been almost exclusively pumping and am finding it hard to manage when I a m with baby alone. I've tried the medela hands free bra thing but it doesn't really fit right (things are off center and slip down) and still is difficult to do anything or hold baby when pumping.

Anyone have any suggestions or things that have worked for them so they aren't totally incapacitated while pumping?

I wish I did! I just try to do it when my son is sleeping. If he starts to fuss though I have to stop and just try again later. I'll be interested to see if anyone else has some good suggestions.

I took a really tight sports bra and cut two small holes where my nipples are and it works so much better than the medela hands free one! Make sure it is a tight one and cut the holes smaller than you would think because the fabric is so stretchy. Works l

I prop LO on his boppy next to me and feed him while I pump. I have a hands free bra I wear also. I will also squeeze in extra sessions while he sleeps.
