Healthy-ish Gluten free boobie cookies

I've made these twice this weekend. Here's my edits: I added 1/4 cup flax seed. I also added Brewer's yeast, but don't remember how much. The dough is REALLY STICKY, so I used 2 spoons to drop the dough and did not flatten the cookies. I only baked for 10 min. When you pull them out, they don't look done, but you have to let them sit for a few minutes to set. Then you can take them off the cookie sheet.
