1st Tri Workout - Normal Feelings?

It it common to find yourself almost out of breath/exhausted after working out?

My exercise consists of cardio - always favored it.  Prepregnancy I did about an hour (bike & treadmill), and now I find myself moving from the speed bike to the recumbent bicycle, it uncomfortable to sit on the speed bike now, almost like my hips feel different, and I find myself exhausted in 30min.

Is this normal to find  or is this all in my head?

I finally found a board for me...pregnant & exercising!  Yay!

  • I'd say normal. My asthma and SOB usually get worse while I'm pregnant.
