It it common to find yourself almost out of breath/exhausted after working out?
My exercise consists of cardio - always favored it. Prepregnancy I did about an hour (bike & treadmill), and now I find myself moving from the speed bike to the recumbent bicycle, it uncomfortable to sit on the speed bike now, almost like my hips feel different, and I find myself exhausted in 30min.
Is this normal to find or is this all in my head?

Your cardiac output is now going places besides just to your muscles. Namely, to your growing uterus and fetus, so yes, what you're experiencing is normal. I felt it to a lesser degree--just felt like I tired a bit faster when running but w
I'd say normal. My asthma and SOB usually get worse while I'm pregnant.
