Do you keep LO's room dark during nap time, or no?

I'm starting to worry about bay/night confusion, since W takes some long naps during the day (sometimes) and wakes frequently at night (sometimes). I have blackout curtains in there, but maybe I shouldn't use them during the day?

We have curtains up that darken the room but don't black out. They let in enough light to know it's daytime but not so much to keep Hallie awake.

K is like her daddy and grandma. They can sleep no matter what is going on or what the light conditions happen to be. I got lucky with that one, because I have always been a light sleeper.

I don't have any dark curtains yet, but we get maybe 5 hours of dark in the summer, so I will have to be getting something soon.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to start leaving the curtains open during the day. I know I shouldn't complain about his super long naps, usually 2 to 3 hours, but I think it's affecting his nighttime sleep.
