Hi Ladies 

I am 39 and 28 weeks pregnant with kid #4 after 2 rounds of IVF. 

I  had some spotting and bleeding starting at week 5 and had been on modified bed rest since.

At 23 weeks I started spotting again and went to the doctor. They did an exam and found that the cervix was open and that the membranes were poking out. I was sent to the hospital and scheduled for an emergency cerclage the next morning.

We got lucky and everything worked out but I am on full bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy and to add to the worry list my glucose test doesn't look so good.

I have a lot of things to be thankful for... a pretty awesome husband who can telecommute, my other kids are older and super helpful and I am very grateful that our little Super Girl has made it this far but bed rest and having to stay on high alert kinda stinks! 

Hopefully I can find other moms in the same boats
