Babies: 3 - 6 Months

anyone know reflux meds?

My DD started on prevacid solutabs yesterday but I have two issues...

One is that they are hard to give. She won't take a bottle and keeps spitting the liquid out that I dropper in. Can I just split up the tabs and put out on her mouth to dissolve?

Second is that I am reading that they should be timed around feedings or else buffered in a solution? Is this true? My ped did not say anything about that part.

How long does this take to work? She is miserable :
