X is bitching and questioning the divorce docs. seriously? you had 4 fcking months.

I think he will still sign but this is pissong me off.

    He's a moron. I'm not sure if this matters where you are, but where I live if one party doesn't have a lawyer it makes changing a CO SUPER easy later on for the parent who didn't have a lawyer the first time around.

    He is whining that they will be taking it out of his paycheck. He doesn't want that. He wants to pay it himself because he says he can budget his money better.

    I got the signature.  I'm dropping it off to the lawyer first thing tomorrow, and Tuesday I will be divorced and have my maiden name back.
