done with baby foods?

DD is rejecting all purees (stage 3), even with chunks, and just wants what we are having. Anyone else?

  • Nope, DS still looks like a baby bird when he sees a spoonful of anything. It took a while for him to "get" fingerfoods. It just clicked for him this past week, so I try to give him some homemade bread every day. I have also given him some banana chunks.

  • Yup, we started with solids at 4 months and around 5 months he started rejected purees. He just eats whatever!
  • We do BLW so we've never done purees. But just after 8 months DS really "got it." Now he packs away food like nobody's business. I'm shocked at how much he can eat when he really wants to.

    Yea, she mostly just eats regular food. I only give her purees if we're having something I don't want her to eat like fast food or something.
