NCDR: amber necklaces

So I checked Ecobabybuys.com and saw amber teething necklaces for 13ish from mon petit mardi. Is this too good a price? They say it's Baltic amber but I'm hesitant to pull the trigger .
On a related note, is one color more effective than the others?
