I'm starting a petition

After watching Suit & Tie (again), I've decided a petition needs to be started for an 18 and up JT /1D tour. It'll be 18&up for two reasons:

1) less screaming, crying, shoe throwing

but more importantly

2) with JT and 1D both, I'd just show up naked.

Why 18? Wouldn't 21 be better, or would it get too out of hand if you are drinking anywhere near JT and 1D?
