DS is 5 months old. He always wants to be held and, unless sleepy, seems to be most content when held facing out. About half the time, he is okay with being worn in a carrier, but only if facing out. Screams like his bones are breaking if you try to wear him facing in (other than when he was a teeny tiny). So I generally wear him facing out in the Moby, but is that too much of a crotch dangle position? DS doesn't tolerate any activity or position for more than 30 minutes (bit of a high needs baby, I've got)

)....so he is never in a carrier more than 30 minutes at a time so far. But when he gets a bit older and *maybe* tolerates being worn for longer, is a front carry "bad"?

I have a K'tan and when LO was younger, he would face in just to fall asleep. Even still, I can *maybe* *sometimes* get him to face in for sleep...but not likely. He screams.
But I tried
I agree it's not the end of the world BUT given that it's not going to be as comfortable for you long term, I would try to find other options.
The ideal position for kiddo is supported to the knees by the carrier with the knees slightly higher th
