How do you pronounce GIF? Do you say it as in Jif peanut butter or as in the first part of "gift?"

    Dh and all his Internet nerd friends pronounce it with a hard G. So I'm assuming that's the proper way.

    Thanks guy! I always said Jif like the peanut butter, but then my students were saying gift without the T the other day.

    I also never realized I was saying meme wrong until I heard my kids say it.
