sense of smell making me gag

I am 7 weeks amd having a terrible time with smells. Everything is making me gag or just about throw up. Is there anything that helps prevent this? I cant even sit on my furniture because of the smells.

i fell that way at work, there is a lady who is Korean and the food that she warms up in the microwave does NOT sit well with my stomach AT ALL!!! everytime i smell it i start gagging or am ready to throw up. Im still waiting for some advice on ANYTHING t

Find a smell that you do like, vanilla, mint, whatever and have it near by to smell when you start to smell something you don't like you can smell that instead. For stuff at home keep a candle lit and spray the furniture with a better smell or cover

That gives me a great idea! I am having alot of problem with smells too; but I love the way my laundry smells. I bet if I took a few dryer sheets with me when Im out and about and when i cant take a smell I can have one on hand to kinda sniff?

I am very sensitive to smells when pregnant as well, typically I just keep some mints or other hard candy to suck on, that way the flavor will overpower whatever is making me gag.
