Good Morning Ladies and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!I just wanted to share my THANKS to this board for all of the M/S relief tips posted. In the last week, I have had such horrible nausea and queasiness, I just wanted to cry! Taking advice from this board, I've tried peppermints, ginger and small meals. All of these helped a wee bit, but the rolling feeling continued. I think the hardest part is that, while I'm SO HAPPY about my first Pregnancy, I didn't expect to feel This Bad. So, its' hard to stay positive and excited.
Yesterday, I bought a pair of Sea Bands and I feel like a Lightbulb went on! I can sit up straight, eat and actually read without feeling like I'm going to be sick! Yes, they are pretty ugly (kind of old school athletic wrist bands), but they work! I actually ate breakfast today without getting sick! Thanks again, Ladies!
