Tightness in lower stomach week 14

This Sunday I will be in week 14, I can't get my ticker to change after the dr changed my due date.  But when I woke up last night my lower stomach felt very tight in there.  And it was the same when I woke up this morning.  I am hoping that maybe it is just the uterus shifting or stretching.  Has anyone else had this?  Thanks!

    I'm not as far along, but I feel tightness and I was told it's from stretching. Sometimes my lower abdomen is so tight, I experience criminal pain when I laugh or sneeze.

    I get this too.  My OB said its my ligaments stretching.

    Tightness is pretty normal. It's most likely just your ligaments stretching and things moving around. If it gets severe, I'd call your dr, but otherwise, Tylenol seemed to help me!
