Baby tummy troubles?

So DS has had some stomach issues since Sunday. He had a stomach bug on Saturday and was throwing up but was over it by Sunday.

Since then his stools have been really hard and are pale yellow, and he is straining a little. Sorry for the tmi.

I'm thinking it has nothing to do with his illness, but the fact that we switched him from formula to WCM. I called my pedi and left a message, but anyone else's LOs affected by WCM?

Of course DH googled it and he found everything from switching to soy milk to milk allergies.

DH's family is 'against' WCM in that they refuse to drink it...even children...and always make rude comments that usually have to do with my baby being fat. BTW DS is in the 25th percentile for height and 10th for weight, so he's not fat. So DH said he'd go out today and buy 2 milk. Ugh. So annoying. I'm going to follow the advice of the pedi, not rude antiWCM people who think my son is fat...

Sorry for the tangent, I'm a little grumpy today.

Pedi just called, it's normal due to the change in milk vs formula. But they said he's fine and healthy and if he seems to have constipation to offer him apple juice or prunes.
