Benjamin/Carter/Jack/Owen?

Please help us decide!
Our last name is similar to Majewski.
We have a Molly and Lucy.  I'm in love with both of our girls' names because they're short with such a long last name.

We've decided to use Thomas as the middle name for my late father-in-law.

What sounds best:
Benjamin Thomas Majewski
Carter Thomas Majewski
Jack Thomas Majewski
Owen Thomas Majewski

*I am in love with both Carter and Jack.  My dilemma is my husband's name is Jake and I think Jack/Jake may get confusing.  Apparently Carter is uber-popular in our area although I know none!  I do know 2 Owens.  We like using not-so-popular names.. so far with the girls we've been lucky!

Please help us decide!  Thanks!

    I like Benjamin, but it only sounds so-so with your last name. I think Owen sounds the best.

    I think I am going to say Benjamin Thomas. I think that when you use the nn Ben it will fit into your short and sweet style that you have going with your girls.

    I do think Jack & Jake are too close. Owen is sweet but very popular and I'm just

    I like Owen Thomas the best, even though I also really like Benjamin. Owen is a little less popular, has a great flow with Thomas, and fits your DDs' names well too.

    I love them all, so I'm no real help, but I do know a Jack/Jake father-son pair and it's NBD in that household, so if you love it, do it.

    I prefer Benjamin the best, but also like Jack for it's short and simplistic sound... like your girls'. 
    Began TTC #1 in January 2011
    Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
    +#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
    +#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
    7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
    9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
    Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    I'm partial to Carter (see siggy). :)  If it helps, he's the only one we know, although I agree the popularity of the name is growing. 

    I also love Jack and Benjamin. I wouldn't worry about how close Jack is to Jake, either. Owen is nic

    I'm partial to Jack (my son). My brother's name is Jake and it hasn't really been confusing, but I guess a father is a little different than an uncle.

    I really like Jack with Molly and Lucy. Benjamin is a close second.

    I just don't see Carter as being your style...and Owen is way popular where I live.

    I understand that Jack is close in sound to Jake. Hmm...that might not work.

    Thank you all for your input! I think @ this point Owen Thomas is @ the top of our list but we don't reveal the name until baby is born so I won't go personalize anything yet! Thanks again!
